At JustKandy, we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality sweets that bring joy to our customers. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your sweets arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or an incorrect quantity, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll correct the mistake by sending the correct item(s) or providing a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the items are damaged or defective.

  • Custom Orders: Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, please email us at Just.Kandy@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.

4. Processing Your Refund

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted, particularly for custom or perishable items.
